How to buy products?

Choose the product(s) you want to buy.  Or click on the “Products Images or Products Name”  for viewing detailed description or, you can directly add the product to the cart by clicking on the Add To Cart button.


If you want to buy more items, add more items to your card.


If you want to proceed to checkout with the items in your cart, press the “Checkout” button.


Once you click on Checkout , you will land to  checkout page.


If you are new new customer, enter your Email address, phone no and complete the required contact and shipping information for the order.

If you are a registered customer, enter your Email/Phone and Password and login to your account.


After Login/Completing registration, the checkout will move you to the “Shipping Address” step.


Please select a shipping address from your available Shipping Address list. You can also edit an existing address or Add a New Address.


Select the Shipping Method. Shipping Charge breakdowns are shown as per possible shipments. Click on Continue, the checkout will move you to the Payment Method step.


Select your preferred Payment Method from the available payment methods – COD or bKash.


Click “Palace Order” button, you will get a thank you message.  If you have chosen online/bkash payment, you will be redirected to payment gateway where you need to provide the required card for completing the payment. After completing the process you will get an email your order details. Our customer support team will contact you for processing the order.

How can I return product?
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

We cover 3 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intact box or packet) for physical products sold on www.nshygienic.com

Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.
Requirement for a valid return:

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
Valid Conditions & Reasons to Return an Item (General):

Delivery of wrong product
Delivery of defective product
Delivery of the products with missing parts
Incorrect content on the website
Conditions & Reasons to Return our Product(s):

Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.
Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product(s).
The Following Products Cannot be Returned:

Consumables such as cigars and beverages
Cancellation & Refund due to product Unavailability:

Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our vendor’s depot/warehouse/store. www.nshygienic.com authority may cancel any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the prodcut(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
In the a case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1-15 working days. Received Cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.
If the refund amount is below Tk 300, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
If the refund amount is below Tk 50, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer again that order, www.nshygienic.cin will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors’ products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.

Return/Replacement Guarantee May Not Apply in Any of the Following Conditions:

• Damages due to misuse of the product

• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

• Any consumable item which has been used or installed

• Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies

• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
